What We Look For
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to be on-call for emergency restoration calls (technician roles)
- Physical stamina for hands-on, sometimes physically demanding work
- A customer-first attitude, especially when working in someone’s home during a stressful time
- Prior restoration, cleaning, or construction experience is a plus, but not required — we train the right people
